What is Gulfport Luxury RV Resort?

Gulfport Luxury RV Resort is a coastal destination offering premium RV accommodations near the Gulf of Mexico. This project involved designing a marketing website to showcase the resort’s luxury experience, generate excitement ahead of its grand opening, and drive early bookings. Project Goals

  1. Create a visually engaging, beach-inspired digital identity
  2. Emphasize key amenities and resort offerings
  3. Guide users effortlessly toward booking or contacting the resort
  4. Build brand trust and anticipation prior to opening

Problem Statement

The client required a website to support new resort signups, with a strong emphasis on seamless user experience and captivating design. As a brand-new resort with no prior digital footprint, Gulfport needed a site that would quickly establish credibility, communicate luxury, and drive early engagement.

Part 1

Discover + Understand Users

Understanding the target audience was key to shaping both the visual design and content structure. We focused on seasonal travelers, retirees, and families looking for a high-end beach experience that combined comfort with coastal charm.

User priorities included:

  1. Easy-to-use booking interface
  2. Clear showcase of amenities
  3. Fast access to contact and reservation pages
  4. A relaxed, inviting atmosphere from first click

Research + Client Collaboration

Client input was central to the design process. Through collaborative meetings, we identified business goals, user expectations, and stylistic preferences that informed both content and layout. Since the resort was in development, design choices had to both anticipate future needs and engage users early in the brand journey.

Feedbacks & Tools Used:

  1. Weekly check-ins with stakeholders
  2. Collaborative content planning and revisions
  3. Adobe Creative Suite for design and branding
  4. WordPress for site structure and customization
  5. Google Analytics setup for tracking engagement

In the pursuit of building a digital presence as inviting as their upcoming resort, the brand sought a website that embodies fun, functionality, and the relaxed charm of beach life.
